Getting Started

5 Simple Steps to Get Started Step One: Think of two people who would do a favor for you no matter what. Write down their names. Pick one and reach out with the following text: Hi (name)! Your help with something would mean the world to me. As you know, I have been looking for an opportunity that could help (fill in your why). In order to start training, I need to schedule 6 spa events. If you could host one of them, it would mean the world to me. We’ll do foot soaks and facials for up to 5 guests. Would Thursday or Friday evening next week work for you, by chance? Congratulations, you have gotten over the biggest hurdle – the first reach out. Step Two: Keep going, you want as many on your calendar as possible, with 6 as a minimum. You can host two yourself. Step Three:
  • Make a list of 100 people. Don’t wait, and don’t worry about their response. You most likely won’t reach out to everyone anyway because it is such a long list.
  • From your two launches, you will have other people to host and introduce you to 5 new people. With six spa parties, you can meet 30 people in a month.
  • Schedule as much activity as you can because a packed calendar in your start month with lead to a packed year. The people you meet at your presentations will be your next hosts and business partners.
  • Make a list of 8 reasons you are doing Arbonne. With each presentation, write down the name of the host next to one of your reasons. Don’t lose sight of what you are working toward.
Step Four: Next, in Arbonne we expand our customer base by building a team; not by reaching out to make sales. So think of people you would love to do life with, travel with, talk with every day. Write down the names of 10 people. These are the people who would make up your dream team. I’ll reach out with you right away to go over a short 15 minute overview.
